Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK) is committed to ensuring that users’ privacy is respected and user information is dealt with appropriately.
Coverage
This online privacy policy covers the Make a Difference website, but does not apply to third party websites linked to via the website.
LLUK captures and stores personal information when a user:
- requests information
- requests brochures
- contacts Make a Difference.

LLUK undertakes to handle any information provided in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will collect data solely for the purpose for which it is requested.
Subscription
Subscription applies where the user has requested to receive information from Make a Difference. We will use the information you have given us to e-mail you news and information about LLUK and its associated programmes, possibly via a third party mail agent. If we use a mail agent, we will require them to meet the requirements of data protection legislation.
Unsubscribing
Anyone subscribing to receive information from Make a Difference can unsubscribe from receiving such information at any time, either by following the unsubscribe link sent with all electronic communication, or by emailing makeadifference@lluk.org.
